It gives the beer a light fruity aroma, with a subtle hint of citrus that you will really fall in love with. The full taste, medium crisp, and higher bitterness will take you to the Virgil Gamache farm in the Yakima Valley, where the Amarillo hop variety was bred and according to which the beer symbolically got its name.
