Tambor Märzen 12 filtered
- 1 x 500ml
Historically, the Märzen beer style was traditionally brewed in the German lands in March as the last batch of bottom-fermented beer before the long summer season. It fermented slowly in the lager cellar until the autumn festivities – Oktoberfest. Nowadays, brewmasters are no longer dependent on the weather, and the Tambor brewery also takes advantage of it. The beer is made of a unique combination of malts and hops so that it has an unusual, distinctive body and less bitterness than Czech lager. Cheers!
Filtered and unpasteurized beer. The biggest advantage of filtration is that you do not have to store beer in the fridge. Yeast is removed during filtration, but the taste and aroma are preserved. You can easily store beer in the cellar, take it on longer trips or send it to someone to the other side of the world as a gift.
